No Verification code?
Sometimes our emails get blocked by spam filters - please check your junk or spam folder for your verification code.
I can’t find my Product Key!
The key is either in the packaging or on a piece of card or printed on the inside of the box, if you bought a download it is in the confirmation email under the download link. (Please note the confirmation email goes to the email address you have registered in PayPal)
If you still can't find it, a key can be issued, however to be able to issue a key, we need some proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt scan or PayPal details) or at the very least a photo of the packaging/ cable and CD, these can be attached in the ticket system using the attach file box below.
Please put Key Request in the support ticket subject line, Do not request a key without some form of proof as stated above.
I can’t remember my password or product key?
Please open a ticket with the subject Retrieve and send us the email address you originally registered with. (if you can’t remember which email address it is please send us all email addresses it could be.
Software says contact support to reactivate my key?
Please open a ticket with the subject Reactivate key and send us the product key so it can be reactivated for you.
Software says my Key is Invalid
Please make sure the key has been entered as one 16 digit line as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with no dashes
