(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a fat ps3 on 3.55, with no blu-ray drive. I installed a CFW, than tried to install another one, but i didnt go back to 3.55 OFW. So i think i bricked it :( I plugged in my HDD to my PC, and formated it and everything, and i still cant get the ps3 to work.
Someone please help? Much appreciated Happy

I Clicked Option 2: Restore Default Settings.
Error : Ps3 just turns off after a second from clicking yes.

I Clicked Option 3: Restore File System.
Error : A Serious error has occured. Contact technical support for assistance (8001002B)

I Clicked Option 4: Rebuild Database.
Error : The hard disk cannot be accessed.

I Clicked Option 5: Restore PS3 System.
Error : Ps3 just turns off after a couple seconds from clicking yes

I googled it and it says:

Depending on where you look it's possibly one of the following:

Dirty disc
Blu ray diode issue
Bad sector in the HDD

I suggest you try someone elses HDD that has 3.55 firmware, or buy a new HDD and refund saying its not correct or something if it wont work
