BUT! I heard from several people that theres only one volume "lever" or whatever for voice chat AND game. So, if you turn up the voice chat volume, the game audio turns up along with it. IS this true? Im not a big "try hard" CoD player and like the game audio and I want to be able to hear my teammates. Not bullets flying past my ears like Vietnam(LOL, history joke...).

You could just change the In-game setting to turn down SFX volume and stuff, or change the chat volume via audio device settings

I have some already. Theyre broken though and plus theyre wired. I want a wireless headset that does the same thing as a tb and thats cheap. This is the best headset that fits that description.

just lower in game sound and higher voice volume

Get the PX3's there wireless and the cheapest.

I would recommend PS3's because they aren't the most expensive thing in the world, and they are great value for money if you use them often, but if you aren't ready to spend that much, then go ahead and get these, reliable, but not the most amazing quality,

I heard they are well rounded pair of headphones id get them, dont go with turtle beach, from my past experiences they break way too often, and are over priced. By the way Happy Birthday!
