so we set up our accounts and they work online fine

set up her bros and whenever he trys to play waw online he gets matchmaking error 33 and when he trys play mw2 it just says downloading game settings

this only happens on his account what should i do to fix???

Hey mate,

I would try and delete the user, on the ps3 system, then create new user and set up his account again, if this does not work, then i would try taking the account off the other ps3 it is assigned to, if that doesn't work, then i have nothing else to suggest!!

yeah that sometimes helps even if u get the cant put reddem code in for psn card delete the user n re add it
