Post: Disc wont read

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i insert a disc into my playstation and it doesnt read it, i only just bought it second hand, can i replace a new laser or is the laser married to the board or sumthin like that?

The laser is inside the Blu-ray drive which you can replace if you know where to buy one.

erm looks like a broken blue ray drive laser can replaced and u can get a new blue ray drive

Broken Blu-Ray driver.
Don't know how much it costs to get it fixed since ive never encountered the problem, unless its just for one disk, thats gonna be a weird problem :/

Try rebuilding data base through recovery mode first.
If that doesnt work most likely your laser/lens.

nah its all ps3 discs, an ps2 haha, can i just exchange blue ray drive with my other ps3 that reads fine or? ones cechh01 and the working blu ray one is cechc01

A simple solution is take to a gaming shop tell them to fix it and pay Happy
