1: The ps3 system should come with a HDMI cable that you can just plug in and use, It is annoying that you have to buy your own, but if your
Tv doesn't have a HDMI input then It can be a waste.
2: The ps3 system should come with its own mic, Microsoft chose the right way that the system comes with its own mic. The ps3 mic can
have very bad quality and It is hard to hear someone talk.
3: When you make a PSN name, you should be able to put spaces in it like the Xbox and PC.
4: The PSN should have in game party chat, As it already has party chat but you can not use in while in game.
5: In your profile in PSN you should be aloud to have a BIO like In Xbox LIVE. This will make it easier to communicate with other people
and know their hobbies or even they could have put their Skype or YouTube account that you will be able to talk to them with.
6: I think that Sony chose the wrong path about free PSN accounts, As I normally add a friend then in a few weeks they make another
Account and then they never play on the one that I have them added on, Then my friends list becomes In active.
7: Join Session when you don't have someone as a friend. This can be useful if someone is doing a live stream and they have their fans
or subscribers join them.
Well thats the main things that I want PS3/PSN to have, I might have made some mistakes and such.
Feel free to add on to this, I also want to know your opinion!

I do agree when it comes to HDMI cables & microphones, it would be nice for them to come with the system.
However, these things don't cost barely anything, they're really cheap, & it doesn't take much to go to the store or go somewhere on the internet & buy one.
As for the HTMI cable, it would be a waste, because some people don't have HDTV's & it's just saving Sony more money to keep it out & let you purchase it. It's kind of like a "batteries sold separately" thing.

All of these are under $10 USD, and I'm guessing if you're able to afford a PS3 altogether, you should be able to afford a HDMI cable.
And for headsets/mics, I think that it's all based upon labels. If you want a TurtleBeach or something expensive, yeah, they're gonna cost some money, but that's YOUR choice. Wal Mart has some decent ones that you could get by with, with acceptable quality.

If you want all these things that the 360 has then just buy a 360.
