(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My friend asked me to sell him my old Tritton 720 2011 edition (5.1 Dolby) and I started looking around for other good headsets to buy since I have some money laying around. I found the Turtle Beaches PX5. I want to know if they are good, better than my 720s.

Also, people say that Turtle beaches break easily, is that the case with the PX5s?

I just took back the Sony 7.1's. They are nothing special at all and for $99.99. I took them back and bought the cheap P11's. Not much of a difference no joke.

I have the 2012 720s sitting on my shelf, I have px5's I use them for mw3 px5+ footstep preset+ sitrep pro= sound whoring elephants. The 720 is a great headset but they arent on the same level.

I heard the PX5's are top notch :y:

I personally use the Official PS3 Headset (not the bluetooth, the over the ear one) and its a beauty.
Its all about preference and affordability. But I personally feel you shouldn't have a problem with the PX5's.
Just use rechargeable batteries like those above have recommended. Smile
