It seems that Sony are continuing to provide problem free services to their loyal and paying customers...

Last weeks scheduled PSN maintanence has seen some lasting after effects for certain PSN users (mainly those in PAL regions eg: Britain, Europe, Australia). North America is unaffected, but for those who are, the problem has been posed as users being unable to download or re-download any paid PSN content they have purchased.

Users who carry out any of the above tasks will be greeted with error code "80023102" and the message "No content was found".

Fortunately the problem has been found, but in an unfortunate stab to Sony's (and their customers) morale and patience, there is yet to be a solution found for this perplexing problem.
