Looks like PSN users are experiencing yet another inconvenient issue having to do with PSN downloadable content. It seems that after the recent PSN maintenance PSN users have reported an inability to download purchased content from their downloads list.

This mostly seems to be affecting PlayStation users in PAL regions. So far North American regions do not seem to be affected.

When affected users attempt to download their content, they are presented with error code “80023102″ followed by the message “No content was found”.

Sony is aware of this issue, but at the current time they have no way to resolve it =(

Sony are really crumbling as a business as of late :S, I have always been a PS fanboy but when things like this happen I wonder why.

hm sounds like they have really ****ed up this time because we cud all sue them 4 this no matter what they say

Pisses me off, I need to re-download my FIFA 12 Online Pass

Ah yeah, people from all regions have been experiencing this, it's a shame.
Hopefully they'll be able to give everyone either their downloaded content back.
