The government need to realize that technology is advancing and so are people and which we use it.
Putting a barrier in place for that means that not only are people going to dis-obey it it is also trying to stop the world from being what it could be in 10+ years.
Peoples dreams now may rely on the advancement on technology. Sure as hell it's what I rely on.
To exploit something is to make it better, as you can exploit it there must be improvements on it.
It's all part of the learning process of life.
