Hey mate,

Your PS3 needs to be fixed, If you have warranty on it that hasn't expired, call sony and you can send it to them for a free fix, if not, I recommend going to an independent fixing company, you can find loads online, this would be cheaper and a lot more effective. The last option is to attempt to fix it yourself, I got the same problem as you and YLOD fixes work just fine, although I tried to fix it myself and ended up making it worse, so unless you are pretty experienced with soldering etc. I would recommend the fixing company, here is a tutorial if you want to fix it yourself:
