With game developing companies such as Bethesda and LucasArts preparing for next gen titles, people are thinking: What is Sony doing? Questions asking if God of War, Uncharted, or Killzone are coming out for the Playstation 3 or Playstation 4. Recent job listings now could be hinting that some of Sony's exclusive first party studios are working on the Playstation 4 as we speak.

The first job listings that have been revealed is for a US Tools and Technologies Engineering Intern, which states (emphasis added), and proof You must login or register to view this content.:

The teams are later defined as "game teams", which is talking about SCEA next gen developers, not hardware teams.

The next listing shown on Develop doesn't straight out asy it's from Guerrilla Games, but it does say it's for a "Netherlands-based 'high profile studio' that is 'working exclusively with an industry leader'" currently on AAA titles, a definition that does in fact fit Guerrilla Games and their company. The position that is up for grabs is an Assistant Art Director, which both Develop and Guerrilla Games are advertising for. All of this is rumored, nothing is confirmed, so anything can happen regarding next gen consoles such as the Playstation 4.
