I also think console wars are pointless, it's mostly immature school boys. Everyone just needs to realize that there are both pros and cons to the PS3 and 360.
I mean, if you want to pay for 360 but get better online support / earlier releases, etc. Then go for it.
And if you want to go for free online play on the PS3, and get things a little bit later, then that's cool too.

I've many consoles... Wii has now my mother. XBOX360 has 3 fingers of dust by no using it... The oldies consoles are all in Spain (where I go when I visit my Grandpa) The ones I'm using everyday are the PS3 console and PSVita. I love all of them, but I must admit that I hate to pay for playing online on XBOX360 and the controller is to uncomfortable. I use the PS3 console because the controller is good, it has good graphics, I can play Blu-Ray movies and the most important: I CAN PLAY FOR FREE ONLINE

For me xbox360 is amazing for shooters, just because i personally love how the triggers feel for shooting. Then again thats all the xbox has in decent exclusives.. Shooters...

PS3 has more variety in games which i love as well.

Both great consoles. I tend to play PS3 more though just because of the games and the fact that my friends hang out on it. If my friends played on xbox im sure ide be there more often
