Ubisoft says that the inevitable yet unrevealed fourth instalment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise could very well be set in time before the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 3.

The next game could easily go backwards as much as forward, no problem.”


So Connor, the new protagonist to be featured in AC3, probably won’t stick around as long as Altair and Ezio did.
Assassin’s Creed 3 is due out this October for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U.
A release date for the PC and Wii U versions is as of yet unspecified.

My words about this thread: I hope Assassin's would never end. This Game-Saga is my personal Favorite. The Multiplayer is challenging too! But I just hope they shouldn't make Multiplayers. I just want more of the Storyline... After playing Assassin's Creed 2 I was over 5 times in Venice. I love the realism they add in their games and hope they will continue with the perfection of Assassin's Creed 2 in the newer games.

AC3 isn't even released yet, they shouldn't be talking to reporters/press about what's going to be happening with AC4.
What they should be doing is giving us more spoilers on new features that're going to be added into the game.

As long as these games sell, the devs will keep milking them. Honestly how can you expect them to kill of a series if it makes money? That would be dumb. What gamers have to do is show that they wont just buy a piece of shit extension pack.
