I'm from Ireland and around a year and 4 month's ago i bought a Western Digital 750GB BPVT harddrive for my Ps3 Slim which has worked great for me but the last few weeks when I've been playing games and watching video's.

It's been freezing and stuttering so I've looked on various site's and I've seen that people say that it's a common problem when you use this harddrive in a Ps3 but also that there is nothing i can do to fix it.

So I've decided to get a new Hardrive and i need help to find a good and reliable one now i would like another 750GB but I'm willing to go for a 640GB so if someone could tell me which Hardrive i should go for I'd appreciate it.

I'm not exactly sure of the size that the HDD needs to be but here is one:

Hi Kammmmi thanks for the link but i don't think that would work in my Ps3 as the top of it has pins on it and the Ps3 compatible hard drives don't have those on them plus it's a 7200 RPM I've heard those can cause overheating in some PS3's but thanks for the link anyway.

I continued my own search and i found this one You must login or register to view this content. it's 640GB and i can get it for around 80 Euro's plus some of the review's on amazon.uk say it work's great in a Ps3.

Does anyone here have personal experience with this one? Like has anyone used it in their Ps3's for a few month's and it still work's?
