I find it hard to believe that sony wouldn't permit more than 1 ps3 to connect to psn from the same ip address, so, I would have to assume it could be your router, just may not support more than 1 connection to psn? Perhaps the ps3's open up special ports that your router can't understand / work with? Are you trying to do this boosting with the same psn account on both ps3's? If so, maybe sony is disconnecting you intentionally.
