First, contrary to your opinion, Frogger Returns was one of the most irritable, rage-inciting, and painful games I've ever played. I 100%'d the game twice, for each region's copy of the game.

As for an enjoyable game to 100%...Mass Effect 2 wins my vote. It was my first Platinum, and even when I did achieve 100%, I was still enticed to run multiple play-throughs to experience all of the options and courses of plot the game had to offer.

I know what you mean. When I first played Frogger I though u had to do arcade, but then when I noticed you could get the Trophies through free play mode I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the game because I missed frogger from Ps1, but my first plat I think was Mw2.

World At War by far !

nier, pretty tedious plat, but it was satisfying

heavy rain would be second since it was pretty easy/fun

Black Ops campaign was pretty good, but I'd have to say GTA San Andreas was one of my most fun back on ps2. (I play xbox now though)

legend of zelda Majora's mask. I spent weeks getting 100% on that thing. that was before i knew i could look up walk-throughs on the internet. lol
