Also i haven't got a jb ps3 so i cannot change the picture myself

First time i seen that happen.
Sign in and out see if it goes back to normal or try and update it.
Unless you tried that i have no other ideas

Looks Fine now from what i can see just looked at profile.

Must be your PS3... Because if your PC and PS3 are connected to the same internet box there's a windows picture in the options and if your PS3 is old it might come from that :p
