(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, I was installing my E3 flasher on my ps3 when my friend tried to pull out the cable to the fan, it ended up woth him draging up not just the cable but also the connector that is on the motherboard So now my fan is not working at all since it cant get power and my ps3 gets overheat warning and shuts it self down after 2-5mins :/ I searched the web for answer and I found this You must login or register to view this content.

Could you try a intercooler as a temporary fix. Or also, soldering is not very hard at all, just get a solder gun and practice on a old motherboard or something first.
