current jailbreak, no. extremely unlikely. you would need to find a store that has stock ~2 years old.

ALL PS3s can be JB but need to be downgraded if it above 3.55

ResistTheSun is right, they usually try to ship out new systems with the most current FW so you would have to try getting an older model or downgrade the system you acquire.
