im not sure because xbox has it and sony try to be better than xbox but i bet minecraft have a contract saying they cant wok with any1 until there xbox contract runs out

True but some of us don't have the proper PC specs to run Minecraft to the fullest and yes I know you don't need a high end computer to run Minecraft..

It wouldn't be all that difficult to port Minecraft to a 3.55 PS3, seeing as it's Java and all that. I doubt it will come to PS3, however it would be nice.
