When i plug up my controller it just slowly flashes all 4 lights, also I have tried to reset the display settings by hold down power button till first beep and still black screen. Also I have tried to hold it till the 2 fast beeps and still no display! I have took out the HDD and people say there will be a error on screen and i didnt get that either! I need HELP!

I think you might have a hardware problem if none of that worked. A repair service might be the only option besides replacement.

Your HDMI cable or Component Cable maybe broken or loose.
Check your TV input settings.

1. Place your PS3 in stand-by mode.
2. Hold down the touch power button until a series of beeps are heard.
3. Listen for one long beep, followed to two shorter beeps.
4. Release the power button.
5. Follow the instructions on screen.

On topic - OP should try to buy/switch HDMI/Composite cables. If not, it may be a loose connection inside the PS3.
