Reasons:
- 80010017 Is the same error as trying to run homebrew on OFW.
- It is also consisted that the recent updates are required to have 3.56+ FW.
- MW2 1.12 / Black Ops 1.13 Are just an example of games that need a FW above 3.55 to run due to the key changes.

Fix:
- Just look for a fixed EBOOT for the game that you're wanting to run.
- Play on 4.XX+ / Transfer to 4.XX to play your modified patches/files.

NOTE: Any sort of version spoofer will not notify the game title to encounter you to run it... But you maybe able to edit the PS3 FW version using a param SFO editor.

Just keeping it short for the people that are query about this.
