So ive just seen this topic on why the ps3 may not becoming in next year.

The Xbox 360 might have found itself in the media spotlight recently, but for a change we’ve got some interesting news from the Sony camp about the PlayStation 4... The next generation of consoles is an unmissable piece of gossip in the gaming world at the moment, however both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360 have been heavily criticized by Nintendo. The reason for this criticism is the lack of graphical change that is expected compared to the jump from previous generations to the next. Well in response to this, Sony have hit back at the negative comments by stating that the PlayStation will not be announced until they consider the graphical leap to be up to standards. This news hints that the PlayStation 4 might even skip E3 2013 and wait until 2014 to reveal the next generation and the graphical leap promised. Some Sony fans may find this to be somewhat frustrating, whilst others who still believe the current generation has life left will enjoy this piece of news.

ps4 will be coming in 2013 ! its will have 20gb = 10gb graphic card & 10gb ram not like the old ps3 which was 0.5gb that's why when you send a message it take time , they told us about it in Sony for the Middle East in KSA few weeks ago also there isn't a tv yet that can play it, it will have a resloution of 4000+ x 2000+ pixles so we need to change our tv's same thing we done for the HDMI'S 1080x1290

Lol, why is Nintendo hating on the God-tier consoles? I bet they're just jealous that they themselves haven't found the secret to 1080p. Even the Wii U runs at 720p.

But that's hypocritical of myself since I care more about gameplay than graphics.

You may be right about 2013, but we'll have the ps4 in 2014, that's for sure.

I don't want them to make a PS4. I want them to keep adding on to the PS3. PS3 forever!

i think $ony win a lot of milions $$$$$$$ every day. dont need other sistem for now xDD he sold games, dlc, store videos, controlers, ps3 sistems...... and now ps vita sh*t and more every day.

i dont see a new playstation coming out anytime soon. the ps3 is a great system and sony has no reason to release a new one. in terms of power, i do believe the ps3 is superior. as of now of course
