its an add on for lbp they are testing it out with a beta to ake sure it works before public release and i think they have already been sent out, so if you dont have it unlucky, i myself am one of those ppl who wish they had it

yeah i recon there like making a pack water beta pack so it will take quite some time and they are solting out the online for the beta because if you get in you will publish lvl and ppl will be able to play it and they haven't got into the beat so that's why its taking a long time. people who have got into the create beta haven't even received any thing and they are automatically put into the water beta so yh we just got to
