Today, Rockstar has officially announced the release date of the first DLC pack for Max Payne 3. The Local Justice Pack is set to release July 3rd on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, while the PC version launches July 17th.

The Local Justice Pack includes three new maps and focuses on the final chapters of the story, along with a new weapon, item, multiplayer faction, and achievements/trophies.

The Local Justice Pack includes:

55th Battalion HQ Map for all game modes
The Imperial Palace/ Departure Lounge maps for DM, TDM, and Payne Killers
Light Fingers item for faster looting
M4 Assault Rifle with Attachments
Sao Paulo Police Faction with related avatar customization options
The Local Justice Pack was originally announced to release in June, but was delay. Therefore, Rockstar is kind to give the DLC at a discounted price for the first week. The discounted price will be 480 MSP or $5.99 on PSN and PC. After the first week, the price will jump to 640 MSP or $7.99 on PSN and PC. If you have the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass, you will receive this pack free of charge.

On top of that, all pre-order and retail DLC will be available for purchase on Xbox Live and PSN
