Ok I need a lil clarification if anyone can. I may be wrong about ylod my system quit while watching netflix and now when it gets powered on it beeps 3 times flashes yellow and then flashes red until you push the button again. Is this the same thing as ylod?

Hi mate,

oven method is extremely un-reliable, I would recommend the heat gun method, worked 1/2 times for myself, but I know that the first time I did it, I used the heat gun in the wrong way and that's why it didn't work Winky Winky

My ps3 did that YLOD the hotgun works for like 3days then it breaks, my advise take to pro shop or buy slim

Did the oven today had about 5 hrs online gaming and a couple movies on netflix. Seems to be running fine for now can't believe it even came back on lol.
