They can't change your Bday... Its there.. so you can recover as well as your Recovery Question.. Or Call SOny and give them the first ever details you ever put in.. Sony has every record of you changing the account <

Sony has a record of all the changes made...they can get it back.

However, if your account was stolen as a result of giving this person your log-in info, Sony will ask for their original PSN and perma-ban their account. In addition to that, you will get your account back, but they will also ban you for 1 month(forgot if it was console ban or just account) because you are not suppose to give out your log-in info.
