What can I do about this?

Thats really strange is it dynamic or static ip? Usually its one nat other another but never heard of that

Turn off the router and then turn it on . Keep trying if it still stays on Strict/Moderate.

Try the reset button it may recycle the ip and offer a good one

So : Reboot the modem. If theres still a prob maybe you should see if someone is stealing internet from you. cause i had the same prob and a guy was stealing internet from me
