Tell Me What You Guys Think About This?

A new age rating system for video games has come into force.

It is designed to stop some games being sold to under-12s and give the industry more simple rules for rating games according to age.

All games sold in the UK will be regulated under the Europe-wide Pegi (Pan European Game Information) scheme.

Up to now, the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has provided certificates.

There will now be 12, 16 and 18 ratings as well as new diagrams on packaging showing what is featured in the games.

It would be nice, but would even actually be enforced? As stated before, the parents can easily buy the game for them, or a birthday present.
