I have an e3 and i have to say it is really simple compared to the likes of Progskeet and Teensy you just have to make sure not to accidently knock and of the switched while its flashing or writing.

I also have a iPhone 4s jailbroken and its awesome

Get the E3 Flasher its much easier to install and more reliable.
