Not possible with the current setup sadly 
Would need a massive recode maybe for the PS4.....also have another problem of it being used for most sony services

If only there was a way to change your psn id because of all those people joining clans and while i'm playing you will get a message saying "add my new account blah_blah" specially people with more than 10 accounts like after you hack someone on cod and then they ask you to add their other account /facepalm
