i had forgotten my password and my email was no longer open yahoo close it for no usage, SONY will get your acc back with the info you have.

Why don't you want to contact sony?

Just call them. I know a lot of people don't like making phone calls because for some reason it worries them. But in order to get your account back this is the only way. Just relax when your on the phone.

Two years ago I got tricked by some guy online and he changed my password but wasn't smart enough to change the security question and DOB so I was able to get it back that way. If you can't do that you will HAVE to call Sony. Just be chill with them and let them know what's up.
