this game looks amazing but the whole 8 man squad and a leader thing i dont think is gonna work i think its just gonna get people mad that no one plays like they are supoosed 2 but im pre ordering anyway hopefully the beta is good

Actually, the leadsership status does work. As long as the squad leader does what he's supposed to do, the squad members can get extra points for following orders.
