Can't update games - NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello mates,
I have come to the problem where I can't update any games...
When I press "X" to update it, my PS3 beeps 3 times, then justs restarts itself.
Does anyone have any ideas/ recommendations as to how to update..

(Note: I recently restored my PS3 system, and it deleted all my settings/ game data/ games/ etc...

I don't really know how.. I'm a newb to selling xD
I'm wondering if I'd make more money by selling each game/ accessory I own seperately, or make one gigantic super pack...
