Not exactly pre-order stuff, it's stuff you get by pledging money to their cause. They need 400 000 USD. So far they have gotten pledges to 168 000 USD. The event started yesterday and will finish 22nd of september. If you look at the site in the original post you'll find how to get the stuff ^^
