Post: Can't copy PS3 saves to USB anymore

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi,

Played this morning on my ps3. And i saw that i couldn't copy savedata of any game to usb anymore
although i could weeks ago. Only ps+ save is avaible.

Is anyone also encountering this?

some gamesaves cant be copied to a USB because they have a lock on them.
The only way to get the save is with CFW

CFW on the latest firmware consoles is not the only way to retrieve the .SVG's from the HDD

Today Will Be Different
Like others have stated, certain games have copy protection on so you cannot copy their save to a USB. Only way to get it off is to reverse data transfer, open up Black Box and navigate to where the saves are located on the HDD and transfer it to your desktop.

It's not too hard to do and it shouldn't be a pain in the ass. :y:

Yeah I'm aware of that, but he said cfw on "latest" firmware nothing about data transfer. I know you can transfer and get them of that way...
