Well if it isn't ejecting the disk it isn't



It would be just the disk drive, you will probaly need a new disk drive, AND YOU DON'T NEED TO TYPE IN CAP LOCKS ALL THE TIME…

Just search around a little bit more to see if there are any troubleshooting you can do and if none of that works and you have warranty send it away. Just don't forget to back up your gamesaves and other important stuff that is on your console.

you need an external hard drive to back up all your account stuff and saves.
