Need help with Ps3 3.55 Jailbreak!!!

I am new here but i tought this site maybe can help me.
I have a Ps3 and search almost 3 days for a 3.55 jailbreak, now i find one i do everything they said: Make an Ps3 folder in your USB and double click on it and make another folder called 'UPDATE' and then put the PS3UPDAT.PUP in that folder.
I did that i do my stick on the ps3 open System Update and i find ps3-jb or something i click OK and than it says: 'Update data of version 3.65 or later can be installed on this system.'(8002F967)

Please tell me how do i fix that!!!

Hey there,

Alright , you tryed to jailbreak your 3.55 with geohots jb?
Because i had that same error too..

LOL i don't know about your problem but you must have 3.55 ps3 to jailbreak it
and geohot jb is not working any more but it was the best jailbreak because it is the firt one

Bcuz u cant downgrqde ur ps3 simply by putting another(lower)pup file on a usb and trying to update(downgrqde in this case)

you cant jailbreak anything past 3.55, thats the latest firmware you can have that is jailbreakable, anything past that wont work, and all those videos you see are fake

yes there are a lot of video's that are fake found that out when i first did mine
