Adding more integration such as a comments section under each users profile or things like that, more socialization between users, as well as cross game chat, that would be helpful.

i don't believe that they would allow users to be able to pick their own profile pics because that would highly damage their market in avatars, and as well create tension if users display "inappropriate avatars" such as nudity or derogatives
Although i do believe that it would be fantastic if the option was provided.
lastly i wish they had an option to change your user name, that would be so helpful.

voice activation, touch gesture like kinect but built into console rather than external component. better video support, built in freeview scrap tv section and just intergrate freeview section.

Just the browser, I use Skype when playing with groups anyway so I've no need for chat improvements, although it definitely could use them!

A better browser is really the universal dream, but keyboard input from a controller is irritating. Voice control would take that browser to the next level.
