Resident Evil 6 is a very sketchy game...your enjoyment is entirely dependent upon your attitude while playing it. There are large portions of the game that seem boring, melodramatic, and hackneyed. While the shooting mechanics have, admittedly, been my favorite improvement so far, I felt limited and discouraged by the slipshod level design, laughable character-environment interaction, and bland storyline. Personally, I would recommend you to abstain from a purchase until the price drops, but if you really are passionately loyal to Capcom and the RE series, by all means, buy it. It is not a bad game, but certainly not a memorable one.
