The sound of the games is gone
I check out the wires & plug em' out & put it back in
Still no sound
I go to the XMB .. pop the game out& put it in
Im waiting No sign of Blu-ray Disc in the PS3
So I clean it with windex spray
It reads but it says "An error occured durring the start operation" (80010514)
So i put a PS2 game in & it works like a charm

Is my PS3 broken or the game???

What do I do?
This is the first time something like this happned

Same thing happnd
But not on PS2 games

Me too and u cant do mutch about it all i did was send it to playstation then they fixed it dont waste your time trying too fix it it, u wont

This has happend to me on all of my ps3's phone sony they will give you a new one for nothing
