(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm not asking someone to sell someone their ps3 i just need advice.
I'm looking for a 3.55 cfw ps3. Most of the PS3's that are cheaper are phats.

Should i trust getting Phats because they have the YLOD problem, or is slim a better choice?
And have you seen some ps3 cfw for a pretty good price?

My price range is from $150-$200

Only go with slims. People usually fix Ylod themselves (costing around $20), sell them, and they break again within 2 weeks. Don't go with a fat unless you are 100% sure that the ps3 has never ylod before. I still say only go with Ps3 slims.

Just check on ebay, that's where they are the cheapest. Maybe craigslist if you trust meeting people. Good luck.

buy a slim 3.55, if you buy a regular 3.55 fat youll end up getting ylod, and if you dont know how to fix it then thats bad :fa: otherwise you could buy a fat ps3 and reball it with led solders (sony solders the gpu and the cpu with led free thats why they always get the ylod) if you use led solders it will last years without a problem, or you can buy one that has already been reballed with led solder like this You must login or register to view this content.

that depends on how their fixed, if theyre fixed by people using a hairdryer or a heatgun then it will probably only last a couple of months but if you reball the gpu/cpu it will last ages

What do you mean by no blu ray, what happens if you have no bluray?
