yes it does all you need is a pc and a Ethernet cable and 3.55 with modded patches and then after every thing is done you can change the connection type to bridged connection and do it

heres where your all wrong ........ To data transfer your 3.55 to your ofw ps3 you need to have a spoofer dont know what a spoofer is youtube it and you cant data transffer from pc to ps3 its ps3 to ps3 with an eithernet cable yes its possible but both ps3s have to be side by side!
