I have the same problem with my phat ps3.its hella slow to download crap,but my slim ps3 is hella fat.like when I download an update for bf3 it takes like 800 minutes on my phat and 30minutes on my slim.wtf?let me know if you find a fix for this And I have xfinity internet to.

That's what I thought at first, but its always like this.

xfinity, shares its connections. Say everyone in your area,. and areas around that have that service try to use their ps3 at the same time, all of your connections unless ported, will all bounce the network and cause it to mess up, try clearing your ps3s cache then download again.. i did it after 3 years of use and it fixed it .

Yes, I'm am using a wireless connection on my PS3.

redo your internet connection and make sure your not using a proxy!

Try moving the router and changing the wireless channel

try wired:p
