If upgraded to 4.21 is it safe?
Can i go back to 3.55 if i don't like 4.21?
Please help me out i can't find all the information i need and want to know exactly what we can do with the new cfw.

Rebug, because you can switch between CEX or DEX mode (in other words more options)
Yes, its safe to upgrade to rebug 4.21.1, no if you're talking about 4.21 OFW.

4.21 rebug is best firmware out right now, and ye u can simply update using the downgrade PUP to get back to 3.55
