Sony wants you dead that’s for sure. They will *shoot* any illegal alien trying to get INTO PSN, they already noticed that while ago (nothing new on that) but they saw the gap and now holding some kind of *Evidence* it’s payback time.

So if you are clever enough, i assume you will play by the rules (AKA = TOS) or you will face serious consequences, like getting banned? or worst! TERMINATED.

just wondering but would they ban dex converted ps3's as surley it would show to them as a dev unit correct?
anyway i converted to dex so the only way to sign in is to change my active ps3id so idk i think this is why i have not been ban yet im unsure

oh well m sure ill find out soon enough either way the thing people forget is that when u go to buy the 3.55 in the first place you do so knowing that you cannot sign in.... so just recently being able to sign in was just a bonus and therefore getting ps3 ban how u cant sign in shouldnt be a big deal unless your some newfag that got a 3.55 to host xp xD

i made new account just to test and i also use PSNninja logged in fine no problem.

if you never host modded lobbies or played black ops 2 before release you are not getting banned.Sony are only catching cheaters from psn which they should.Cheating with a cfw on cod is not cool on multiplayer and sony is right about banning those cheaters,should have done long time back!!!
