i have got my Ps3 after the Release at 2007.

I bought my PS3 in 2010, works fine!

Had mine for only 3 years now. (Was too hooked to the PS2 )

Ive had PS3 for 6 years On my 3rd PS3 though :/

I had mine for 2 or 3 years, works like a charm.

Rofl i still remember the day it was released... people were getting robbed, cut, stabbed, among other things to get this system.

People were selling it for obscenely high prices on Ebay, just so people can have a week one release, but honestly 1,000$ is not a reasonable price to be buying this system

So much chaos, my condolences to those gamers who risked their lives in the night upon release. If you want a system week one, or even month 1, get it online or wait at other general stores in the day time.

I've had my slim OFW PS3 for 3 years now and my and my PHAT CFW PS3 for 2 years... Both still run great

why is only 1 out of the 7 downgraded? i downgrade with the choice of 3.55 kmeaw or 4.30 rogero for $50 or get a downgraded slim for $280, not one banned. done more than 22 successful downgrades.

It's time for new generation of console.
