North America - Today, Tuesday 11th December, around 7pm EST (When the PS Store Updates)
Europe - Tomorrow, Wednesday 12th December, around 4pm BST (British Summer Time) - (When the PS Store Updates)

**The game Does Not require a Backward Compatible PS3 Console, as it is being downloaded directly from the store**

Well that sucks, some trophies would have been nice...
