(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I want to know if the new consoles are going to be able to be compatiable with the old games. I know this is early but i would like to know if they are.

I will laugh if the launch PS4's are BC and then 2 months later the PS4's aren't.

No "if", they will due to trying to keep up with XBox and trying to keep that money flowing.

Well it's not just that, keeping up with hardware, not keeping up with xbox. It's 7 year old hardware and needs an update.

What is BC? And yes, they will sure be compatible, as the PS2 original games are with the PS3 Console. Anyways, you will sure acquire them via PSN for the new PS.

The hardware is fine to be honest. It's probably more to it than Sony is willing to tell us about.

No it really isn't most games on ps3 and xbox have terrible fps and only can be played due to small draw distances on detail.

I think this where we have a difference of opinion. I never really got into FPS games and that is why I feel it's ok. Where you understand the situation better than I can because (not trying to assume anything) you probably play more FPS's then I have in the 2 years I owned a PS3. Now if this upgrade has no issues from day 1 then I can see it being worth it but that is less likely to happen.
